Unconscious Bias, Diversity and Inclusion
We all have Unconscious Bias which can impact how we operate as employees, colleagues and managers. Being unaware of our bias can mean that we treat individuals unfairly and prevent access to equality opening us up to issues around discrimination which can cause interpersonal issues in the workplace as well as legal issues.
This course aims to help individuals to understand where unconscious bias comes from, be aware of their own bias and to expand their knowledge and skills around practicing inclusion.
