Introduction to Coaching
This course is suitable for managers, supervisors and employees who have an interest in coaching but have not previously had any formal training.
Coaching is an effective tool for managing and developing people. It helps the person being coached to generate self-motivation, achieve their goals and feel more in control of their outcome. As the coach you get an effective and sustainable method of encouraging change, developing individuals, developing autonomy and improving the impact of your team.
The training is delivered face to face with a mix of taught input, theories and models using discussions, exercises and self-directed learning to guide you through the content.
