You will experience lessons conducted in the target language and weekly contact with a foreign language assistant.
You will be able to express and justify your opinions on a wide range of cultural, social and current affairs issues. You can also meet some of our foreign students and experience taster lessons in a variety of languages. A language is a fantastic complement for any combination of subjects.
We also offer a range of part-time beginner courses in languages including Italian, Spanish, Greek and British Sign Language.

I enjoy the variety of topics that French covers, which we study with up-to-date and authentic French resources, such as articles. I find that I get a real sense of satisfaction when I am able to apply the knowledge in my free time by listening to French music and watching French TV programmes.
