Cookery School: Street Food - Building Confidence in the Kitchen
Embark on a 5 week masterclass with this vibrant journey through the world of street food, exploring the unique flavours, techniques, and traditions of Greece, Thailand, India, Japan, and Korea.
This hands-on course will teach you how to recreate iconic street food dishes, enhance your cooking skills, and bring global street food culture into your kitchen and with a budget whilst impressing your family and friends. No prior cookery experience is needed to join this class.
At the end of the session, you will take home what you have produced to enjoy.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, but students must have an interest and passion for cookery and want to learn more.

After this course you could undertake any of the other York College Cookery School classes for your enjoyment.
If you were interested in gaining a formal qualification in catering, our tutors would be able to advise on suitable routes that are available on a full or part time basis.
