Do you like a cafe latte? Americano? Want to become a barista? With this qualification you'll gain the knowledge and skills you need to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks in any environment.

A qualification in Barista Skills is for a person who works as or wants to work as barista.

This course is aimed at anyone who wants to develop their barista skills, this can be CPD if you work in a coffee shop, a coffee drinker at home or anyone who feels like learning the skills required to make great coffee and similar drinks. This can help lead to a career in the industry and potential career progression.

This course also includes Contact Dermatitis Prevention Level 2, so you can develop the knowledge to prevent skin issues.

ingredients and equipment
drink recipes and preparation
presentation of beverages
serving of beverages

This course also includes Contact Dermatitis Prevention Level 2, so you can develop the knowledge to prevent skin issues.

Assessments

You'll be assessed on your ability to make 7 complete drinks (including types of coffee, hot chocolae and smoothies).
