York College Sport tutor Peter Wirt sported his Great Britain (GB) Masters In-Line Skating kit in aid of Children in Need.
Peter spent the day skating around the College campus, shaking a charity bucket. He went about his daily teaching duties dressed in full GB kit, raising a total of £226.39 ! His stunt caught the attention of Radio York listeners when presenter Jules Bellerby dropped into Pete's Level 3 Sport lesson for a quick interview.
Said Pete: "I was pleased to come into College and use my GB credentials to raise money for Children in Need. It's a small sacrifice for me to make for such a great benefit."
