This energising and motivating one-day workshop is aimed at inexperienced sales people - including new business owners and entrepreneurs, wishing to become more successful by gaining an understanding of the sales process as well as a structured approach to the selling of their product or service.

Programme Aims

The workshop aims to explore the necessary attitudes and mastery of key skills required when embarking on sales for the first time. It will unpick the fears and anxieties felt by many individuals regarding the sales process, and uncover the various myths surrounding sales. This workshop will address:
