  • Understand how to plan and prepare the organisation to be fit and ready to fundraise

  • Be able to identify the different types of funding which are available and where to find information on funders
  • Understand the need to identify other income and not be wholly dependent on fundraising
  • Be able to complete basic grant applications and spot the killer questions
  • Understand the need to monitor and evaluate funding monies
