  • Physical Emergency

If the situation is an emergency, for example a risk to someone's physical safety, call any member of staff and ask them to ring extension 444, which is the way to call a first aider.  The first aider will then make an assessment about whether external emergency services need to be called.

  • Worries or difficulties of any kind, at any time during the day

If you are experiencing an emotional or psychological emergency, and need to talk to someone at any time throughout the day, you can go to the HelpZone 1F096.  The HelpZone team is there to help you with any questions you may have during your time in college.
