www.yorkcarerscentre.co.uk - main site for carers in York, includes a section on 'Young Carers' and 'Young Adult Carers'.
www.ycctraining.co.uk - York Carers Centre's online training site.
relationships.carers.org - Relationship support for people who are caring for their partners, neighbours, friends or family.
www.carersuk.org/help-and-advice/practical-support - 'Jointly' is an app that makes caring for someone a little easier, less stressful and a lot more organised by making communication and coordination between those who share the care as easy as a text message.
babble.carers.org - has been created by Carers Trust as an online space where those aged under 18 who are caring for a family member or friend can chat, share their experiences and access information and advice.
