Year 11 Taster Days
Please note that the deadline for submitting a Taster Day application is Friday 22nd December 2017. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any that are received after this date. Any Taster Day applications received between 18th and 22nd December will be processed and confirmation letters sent by the start of term in January.
Our Year 11 Taster Days will take place on:
- Tuesday 16th January
- Thursday 18th January
- Wednesday 24th January
Students from the following York Schools should apply to attend on either Tuesday 16th or Thursday 18th January. Please indicate your 1st and 2nd choice of date to attend:
All Saints RC School
Archbishop Holgate’s School
Joseph Rowntree School
Manor CE Academy
The Danesgate Community
Vale of York Academy
York High School
Applications for the date not allocated to your school will only be considered if you cannot attend the specified date(s) and you have permission from your school.
Students from schools not listed above should ideally apply to attend on Wednesday 24th January as a first choice. Please also choose a 2nd choice date from either the 16th or 18th of January.
Please check with your school that the date you choose does not clash with exams or revision sessions before applying.
